Program Duration
- Standard Fellowship: 24 months (with mid-term review at 12 months).

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- PhD Degree (awarded within the last 5 years) in a relevant field.
- Research Track Record: Minimum 3 peer-reviewed publications (Q1/Q2 journals).
- Proposal: Original, feasible research plan aligned with SIFR’s focus areas.
Preferred Attributes

Selection Process
1. Application Submission
- Online form + Research Proposal (5 pages max, including references).
- CV, PhD Certificate, and 2 Letters of Recommendation.
2. Preliminary Screening
- Review by SIFR’s Fellowship Committee (30% acceptance rate).
3. Interview Round
- Virtual presentation (20 min) + Q&A with evaluation panel.
4. Final Decision
- Notified within 2 weeks of application deadline.
