The Royal Fellow of SIFR (RF-SIFR) is an honorary title awarded to exceptional individuals who have demonstrated groundbreaking contributions to their fields. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Royal Fellow of SIFR, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Excellence: PhD or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Research Impact: Significant contributions (publications, patents, or innovations) in fundamental research.
- Leadership: Recognized influence in academia, industry, or scientific policy.
- Nominations: May be proposed by existing Fellows or institutional partners.
(Exceptional candidates without formal qualifications but with extraordinary contributions may be considered.)
Selection Process
1. Nomination: Submit a proposal (self-nomination or by a Fellow/SIFR-affiliated institution).
2. Application Review: Expert panel evaluates research impact, publications, and achievements.
3. Interview (if required): Virtual discussion with the SIFR Fellowship Committee.
4. Approval & Induction: Successful candidates receive the Royal Fellow title and certificate.
Fees
One-Time Induction Fee: 190$ / 180 GBP/190 Euro/ INR 9900 (covers processing, certification, and lifetime membership).
